BRICK SCREEN
Brick Screen is an installation for Three Days at 50 Morton, an exhibition of site specific works taking place in the time between the death of a longtime resident and the demolition of the space by the new tenant.
As an intervention on a site slated for demolition, the project operates between material streams of construction and demolition. Sourced from another demolition site, the bricks were diverted from the landfill, reconfigured for the installation, then reincorporated in the renovation of the space.
